Carbon Fiber Cone Shell

This project entailed the development of a new method for my modal shop to produce carbon fiber parts. Developed out of necessity and a desire to ensure that our project would move forward, this project was started to help develop a complex part that was out of the scope of our fabrication resources. This was a new material we had not worked with before, so all of the development had to be done in a short span of time. This fabricated system was created with assistance from Aggies Without Limits. This team allowed us to find out how to create our cone shell and the method needed.
